1. NO REFUNDS – ALL SALES FINAL

The $49 payment for the Search Dominance Bundle is non-refundable, with no exceptions.

Digital bonuses are delivered immediately and therefore cannot be canceled, refunded, reversed, or prorated for any reason. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Changing your mind
  • Not agreeing with winner selection
  • Not submitting your website
  • Failing business verification
  • Not being chosen as a winner
  • Inability to use bonuses or audits
  • Deciding not to pursue services later

Delivery is complete once digital access is provided via email or online portal.

Any attempted chargeback will be disputed using:

  • Proof of digital delivery
  • Timestamped logs
  • These Terms
  • IP address validation
  • Purchase confirmation

2. WHAT THE $49 PAYMENT IS FOR

The $49 payment is for the Search Dominance Bundle, which includes:

A free sweepstakes entry is provided as a promotional bonus with the purchase. You are purchasing digital educational materials; the sweepstakes entry has no separate retail value.

2A. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on November 20, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on December 17, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Promotion Period”).

All online entries must be completed during the Promotion Period. All mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than December 17, 2025 and received no later than five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends.

Sponsor’s internal database clock is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

3. ENTRY LIMIT – MAXIMUM 100 ENTRANTS

The Sweepstakes is limited to the first 100 licensed glass contractors who:

  • Purchase the Search Dominance Bundle and complete the entry form, or
  • Submit a valid mail-in entry as described in Section 5A, and
  • Pass business and eligibility verification

ERM may close entry earlier or deny entries after the cap is met. Entries received after the cap may be rejected or refunded at ERM’s discretion.

4. ONE ENTRY PER BUSINESS

Each business is limited to one (1) entry, regardless of:

  • Number of purchases
  • Number of locations
  • Number of domains
  • Number of individuals representing the business

Multiple purchases do not increase the odds of winning.

5. ELIGIBILITY – LICENSED GLASS CONTRACTORS ONLY

Entrants must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a legal resident of the United States or Canada
  • Be the owner or authorized representative of a glass company
  • Have a valid business website
  • Be able to verify contractor or business status on request
  • Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ERM

Verification may include:

  • Business license or registration
  • Evidence of operating as a glass contractor
  • Proof of ownership or authorized representation of the website

Failure to satisfy eligibility or verification requirements will result in disqualification without refund.

5A. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ENTRY METHOD (MAIL-IN ENTRY)

No purchase is necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. To enter without purchasing the Search Dominance Bundle, participants may submit a mail-in entry.

To enter by mail, send a handwritten 3x5 postcard to:

The postcard must include the following information:

  • Full name
  • Business name
  • Business address
  • Business phone number
  • Email address
  • Website URL being submitted
  • A statement confirming that you are a licensed or operating glass contractor
  • Your signature

Mail-in entries must:

  • Be handwritten and legible
  • Be postmarked no later than December 17, 2025
  • Be received within five (5) business days after the Promotion Period ends
  • Be limited to one (1) entry per business

Mail-in entrants must still meet all eligibility requirements, including glass contractor status and website ownership or authorization.

Mail-in entries do not receive access to the Search Dominance Bundle or any digital bonuses. These materials are exclusive to paid promotional entries.

Mail-in entries carry the same odds of winning as paid entries.

6. MANDATORY BUSINESS VERIFICATION

Entrants must submit or be ready to provide:

  • Business name
  • Service area
  • Website URL
  • Contact information
  • Proof of being a legitimate glass contractor

Verification must be completed within five (5) business days of request. Failure to verify forfeits eligibility, with no refund.

7. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS – WEBSITE OWNERSHIP

Entrants must:

  • Own the website being submitted, or
  • Have legal authority to act on behalf of the business that owns the website

Submitting a website you do not own or represent will result in automatic disqualification.

7A. PROHIBITED ENTRY METHODS

The following entry methods are strictly prohibited:

  • Automated, scripted, bot, or robotic entries
  • Entries submitted by third-party sweepstakes or contest services
  • Use of multiple identities, email addresses, or business names to obtain more than one entry
  • Any attempt to circumvent the one-entry-per-business rule

Internet entries must be submitted personally by the entrant. Any attempt to tamper with or abuse the entry process may result in disqualification of all related entries.

8. PRIZES

8.1 GRAND PRIZE — 3 WINNERS (Approximate Value $5,982 Each)

Each Grand Prize winner receives:

8.2 SECOND PRIZE — Up to 20 Winners

Each Second Prize winner receives:

8.3 RUNNER-UP BONUS — ALL OTHER QUALIFIED ENTRANTS

Every verified entrant who is not a Grand Prize or Second Prize winner receives:

9. VALUE DISCLOSURE & LIMITATION

Service value estimates are based on ERM’s standard pricing as of November 2025. Actual price structures may vary depending on client scope and any updates to ERM’s pricing models.

10. WINNER SELECTION & JUDGING CRITERIA

Winners are selected based on ERM’s subjective evaluation of website quality and performance, including but not limited to:

  • Overall design and visual appeal
  • Layout, structure, and clarity
  • Age and outdated elements
  • Speed and technical performance
  • Mobile responsiveness
  • Conversion-oriented structure (calls to action, forms, clarity)
  • Modern best practices and user experience

This is a subjective contest. ERM’s decisions regarding winners and prize allocations are final and binding.

Grand Prize winners will be selected and notified within twenty-five (25) days after the end of the Promotion Period.

11. “UGLIEST WEBSITE” DISCLAIMER

Terms such as “ugly,” “outdated,” or “broken” are used for the purposes of this contest and reflect subjective design and performance criteria only.

They are not statements about the quality of a business, its owners, its employees, or its services.

12. PUBLIC USE OF WEBSITE CONTENT

By entering, you grant ERM a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Screenshot your website
  • Use before-and-after comparisons
  • Display your website and brand name in case studies, ads, and promotions
  • Discuss anonymized or direct audit findings
  • Showcase performance improvements as examples

No additional compensation will be provided beyond any prize you receive.

13. PRIZE DELIVERY & EXPIRATION

13.1 Delivery

Digital bonuses (Courses, book, checklists, and other materials) are delivered immediately after purchase or as soon as reasonably possible via email or secure online access.

Audits are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after ERM receives all required access and information.

13.2 Expiration

Prizes and credits must be redeemed within the following timeframes from the date they are first offered to the winner:

  • 30 days – Discounted audit purchase and scheduling
  • 60 days – Website credits and discounts
  • 90 days – Start date for Google Ads management

Unused prizes and credits expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

14. GOOGLE ADS MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS

To redeem any free Google Ads management included in a prize:

  • The winner must purchase a new ERM website or enter into a qualifying agreement as defined by ERM.
  • Ads management will not begin until the new site is fully launched and tracking is properly installed.
  • The winner must provide:
    • An active Google Ads account
    • Billing and payment methods for ad spend
    • Access for ERM to manage campaigns and tracking
  • The winner is solely responsible for all ad spend.
  • ERM recommends a minimum of $2,000/month in ad spend for best results; spending less may reduce performance.
  • ERM makes no guarantees regarding the results of paid ad campaigns.
  • Free management does not include:
    • Ad spend itself
    • Third-party creative production
    • Management of non-ERM landing pages

Failure to meet these requirements will result in forfeiture of the ads management portion of the prize.

15. AUDIT REQUIREMENT

All Grand Prize and Second Prize winners must complete the Website & SEO Audit process as a condition of redeeming website credits, discounts, and ads management bonuses.

Skipping or refusing the audit will result in forfeiture of all related prizes and credits.

16. NO CASH VALUE / NON-TRANSFERABLE CREDITS

All sweepstakes prizes, discounts, and credits:

  • Have no cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents
  • Cannot be transferred, sold, or bartered
  • Apply only toward new qualifying ERM services
  • Are typically amortized across the term of the agreement (e.g., a 24-month website agreement)
  • Cannot be used toward ad spend or past purchases

17. WINNER NOTIFICATION & PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

Winners will be notified via:

  • Email, and
  • SMS (if a phone number is provided)

ERM will make up to two (2) contact attempts. Winners must respond within 72 hours of the first attempt or the prize may be forfeited.

Grand Prize winners will be publicly announced on ERM’s official Facebook page and listed on the winners page located at:

within twenty-five (25) days after the Promotion Period ends.

Second Prize and Runner-Up winners may be notified privately and may not all be publicly listed. ERM may choose to publish some, all, or none of the Second Prize winners at its discretion.

18. PRIZE FORFEITURE

A participant will immediately forfeit their prize if:

  • They do not respond within 72 hours of winner notification
  • They fail to provide required verification or access
  • They attempt to skip mandatory steps such as the audit
  • They provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • They violate any portion of these Terms

Forfeited prizes will not be reinstated or compensated.

19. GUARANTEE TERMS (102X GUARANTEE)

The 102X Guarantee applies only to the Courses included in the Search Dominance Bundle, not to sweepstakes entry or any service-based prizes.

To qualify for the 102X Guarantee, the entrant must:

  • Complete all included Courses in the Search Dominance Bundle
  • Implement the recommended strategies consistently for six (6) months
  • Document the steps taken and changes implemented
  • Track and document relevant business outcomes (such as leads, revenue, or booked jobs)
  • Submit a guarantee claim within thirty (30) days after the end of the six-month implementation period
  • Not have initiated any chargeback or attempted refund on their purchase

ERM reserves the right to request reasonable documentation of implementation and results. Claims lacking sufficient documentation may be denied. The guarantee applies only to the purchase price of the Search Dominance Bundle and not to any services, ad spend, or third-party tools.

20. NO GUARANTEED RESULTS

ERM does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic increases
  • Search rankings
  • Lead volume
  • Revenue or profit
  • Return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Return on investment (ROI)

All recommendations and strategies are based on best practices and historical performance but outcomes will vary by business, market, and implementation.

21. PRIVACY & DATA USE

ERM collects the following data to administer the Sweepstakes and deliver services:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Business name
  • Business website URL

Data may be used for:

  • Contest administration and winner selection
  • Prize delivery and onboarding
  • Future marketing communications related to ERM services

Data will not be sold to third parties. ERM’s general Privacy Policy governs data handling and may be referenced on ERM’s website. Entrants may request data deletion subject to legal and operational requirements by contacting [email protected].

22. TAXES

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, provincial, and local taxes associated with the acceptance and use of any prize. ERM may issue applicable tax forms (such as Form 1099) as required by law.

23. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, or any other social network. You provide your information to ERM and not to any social media platform. Participation via any social platform is subject to that platform’s terms and privacy policy.

24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ARBITRATION)

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"), in accordance with its applicable rules.

No class actions, class arbitrations, or representative claims are permitted. Arbitration shall take place in Bentonville, Arkansas, or, at the entrant’s election, in the county where the entrant resides. Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs, unless otherwise required by law.

25. WINNERS LIST

A public list of Grand Prize winners will be posted at:

26. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by federal, state, provincial, or local law. ERM reserves the right to deny entries from jurisdictions where this type of promotion is not permitted.

27. MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION

ERM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes or these Terms at any time, including (but not limited to) in the event of:

  • Fraud, technical failures, or other causes which corrupt the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes
  • Insufficient number of eligible entries
  • Changes in applicable laws or regulations

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the end of the Promotion Period, ERM may, at its discretion, select winners from eligible entries received up to the time of termination or cancel the Sweepstakes entirely.

28. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By entering the Sweepstakes (whether via purchase or mail-in entry), you affirm that you:

  • Have read, understood, and agree to these Official Rules and Terms
  • Understand that all sales of the Search Dominance Bundle are final
  • Agree that ERM’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes are final and binding
  • Accept that credits and discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Agree not to publicly dispute the Sweepstakes results in a manner that misrepresents these Terms
